Request service
Show the office what happened—without pretending it is booked.
Share what you can safely observe. The office will receive the request and must confirm availability.
Plain form
The reliable path works without AI.
The request is stored before the office notification is attempted. If notification is delayed, the request stays queued for retry.
Sending request
If sending fails, call (812) 555-0112 or email mac@earnedkeep.com.
Optional intake assistant
Describe the request in a conversation.
If you complete the intake, the request is stored and sent to the office. It remains requested only until the office confirms.
Questions and boundaries
What this experience can—and cannot—do.
Does sending a request book an appointment?
No. A request records a preferred contact window; the office must review availability and confirm any appointment.
Can the website give an exact price?
Not unless the company has supplied a written, owner-approved pricing policy for that exact work. Site copy should collect context and let the office quote.
Which locations are served?
The exact address must be checked against the company’s owner-approved service area. A city name on a page does not guarantee availability at every address.
What should I include in a request?
Share the property location, a safe description of what you can see or hear, when it started, and a reliable phone or email. Do not open equipment or enter danger to collect details.
What should I do about a burst pipe?
If it is safe and you know the correct valve, stop the water at the appropriate shutoff and avoid electrical hazards. Call the company. Leave and call 911 for immediate danger.
Is a slow drain an emergency?
A slow drain is not always an emergency, but several affected fixtures, wastewater backup, flooding, or water near electricity needs prompt attention.
Can I use chemical drain cleaner first?
The website should not recommend a product for an unknown system. Tell the office what was already used so the person assessing the drain can plan safely.
Why is my water heater leaking?
Several components can release water, and a form cannot diagnose which one. Keep away from electricity or gas hazards and request a qualified assessment.
Do you work on gas lines?
That capability and licensing must be confirmed by the company. If gas odor or hissing is present, leave without using switches or flames and call 911 or the gas utility from safety.
Should I send a photo?
A photo can provide context only if it can be taken without entering water, opening equipment, climbing, or approaching another hazard.
